At Light & Blessing Botanica, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all soaps and spiritual oils are non-refundable. We also cannot accept returns on opened or used products, custom items, or gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your candle arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will gladly send you a replacement candle at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your eligible return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
